For the past decade Joseph has worked with individuals and teams to help them maximize their effectiveness around their strengths.  Working in a variety of contexts Joseph excels at catalyzing groups towards greater impact in their setting. Serving over 100 organizations and thousands of individuals has helped him understand the unique needs of his varied clients.

He holds a bachelors degree in history and masters degree in theological studies. In addition to his extensive consulting experience he serves in higher education as an administrator and as a volleyball coach at a local college. Before this current experience he worked in Washington, DC for a US Senator and enjoys talking politics to anyone who will listen.

In his free time he enjoys running and skiing—but most of all enjoys hanging out with my his wife Danielle son JD they all reside in Minneapolis, MN.
